Topic	An Overview of Securities Litigation
Program	After a year of extreme market losses, investors are taking an increasingly closer look at what steps can be taken to recover lost assets. This session will discuss shareholder litigation as a tool for asset recovery, the fiduciary obligations of investors & advisors to participate in litigation, and the recoveries they can receive.
