With more than 100 publicly-traded participants, the oil and gas sector appears to be a target-rich environment, but the deal market has been comatose for ten months. When might this change? Robert Gillon of IHS Herold will discuss how investment cycles and strategic considerations are now coalescing to make corporate consolidations more likely in this sector.
